Additional Information

  • A maintenance level of a minimum of 50mg/L can be used to prevent browning /pinking and extend longevity and freshness.
  • Always add ascorbic acid after the addition of sulphur.
  • Granular product.
  • 50 – 100 ppm (mg/L) with subsequent additions of 25 – 50 ppm(mg/L) at each wine.
