A complex biological yeast activator, based on a nutrient preparation of yeast cell walls, amino acids, vitamins, and oligopeptides. Encourages cellular population and membrane functionality for survival in difficult conditions.
At the beginning of fermentation will allow the yeast to accumulate, within its vacuoles, a number of amino-acids similar to those present in the fermenting population.
For use at the start of ferment for a quick start without excessively vigorous growth, and maintenance of regular fermentation kinetics.
DOSAGE AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
30 g/hl in must, at beginning of fermentation.
In case of a must seriously lacking Free Available Nitrogen (FAN < 80mg/L) or musts heavily contaminated, we suggest also the addition of a simple nutrient based on ammonium inorganic salts (Zimovit) in a dosage of 10 g/L.
