  • Advantages of use include; rapidity of results to treatment, selective olfactory improvement, limited reduction in colour, easy separation with filtration.
  • As Deobrett does not eliminate Brettanomyces (only the 4EP and 4EG spoilage taint) it is recommended to sterile filter shortly after treatment and pre-bottling.
