  • Red and white wines fermented with Extremo IT 14 achieve; enhanced fruitfulness and mouthfeel, reduced vegetal aromas, increased body and length, and better overall quality.
  • Low producer of diacetyl, V.A, and biogenic amines; and high tolerance to SO₂ and high alcohol environments.
  • If co-inoculating; best results can be observed when inoculating with MycofermES 10, Collezione Mediterraneo, Mycoferm Cru 05, or Mycoferm Cru 12
  • DOSAGE AND INSTRUCTION OF USE:
    • Dissolve 1 dose for 250 hl in 5 l (a dose for 25 hl in 500 ml) mineral water at 20-25°C.
    • Rehydrate and stir for 15 minutes. Add to the wine. Homogenise the mass. Maintain the temperature at 18-20° C until the end of the malolactic fermentation.
  • PACKING AND STORAGE EXTREMO IT14:
    • is available in doses for 25 hl and 250 hl.
    • The preparation can be conserved in a refrigerator at 4°C for 12 months, or in a freezer at – 18° for two years.
