Excellent fining agent for both sweet and dry white wines. Also can be used in rosé, and red wines. Results in greater freshness, retention of aromatic characteristics, and better filterability.

  • Made by an innovative process of granulation that ensures Fishcoll is readily soluble in cold water, which solves many of the preparation problems of traditional isinglass.
  • Advisable to be used on wines of quality, raisined wines and liqueur wines. Can also be used in rosé and red wine, particularly when the filterability is to be improved.
  • Complies with allergen regulations, works at low dosages, and can be used from must cleaning to stabilisation phases.

  • 5 – 50mg/L
    • Disperse FISHOLL in 10-20 volumes of cold water.
    • Add the solution by homogenizing it to the mass to be treated.
    • Dosage: from 0.5 to 2 g/100 Litres in white and rosé wines; up to 4-5 g/100 Litres in red wines.
