  • The association of vegetal and grapes polysaccharides is highly efficient in achieving organoleptic complexity wines. Rondeur SFERA exalts the wine’s body, removes bitterness, enhances the aftertaste, and prolongs shelf-life of bottled wines.

    • To use on protein-stable wines.
    • Doses: 10-15 g/hL on red wines; 4-10 g/hL on white wines; Preliminary trials will be helpful to find the correct dosages to reach balanced characteristics.
    • Dissolve RONDEUR SFERA in 10 times volume of water or wine, stir it well to obtain a good suspension and to avoid formation of lumps. Add to total mass with a pump over.
